During the uncertain months ahead we would like to reassure our customers that Greystone will remain open for business and fully operational.
People are our core! So to protect our staff and our customers, like many others, we are adapting to how we work. Our teams are now all working from home with limited physical contact with each other. We are reducing our customer contact to essential and emergency work only. But this will not affect the high level of service we are proud to deliver.
We have been using online communication and collaboration tools for years so we know how to work effectively like this. We also use remote connectivity tools to access our customer’s systems so we can continue providing our IT support and management services without interruption. Remote working and IT go hand in hand, that said we are happy to advise on what applications and programmes can help you work from home productively.
We will be following the news and government advice daily and adapting as necessary going forward.
